Surface designs develop from drawings and editions of prints that I make and often respond to a particular place or recollection. These designs are suitable as site-specific works to be integrated within the original site of inspiration or can be considered as surface designs suitable for broader markets for textiles, wallpapers, laminates or vinyl for example.
My wide and varied teaching practice enables me to experience the creative process of others and to participate in their development. I find the teaching rewarding and complementary to my own creative practice.
